The Breath of Three

Just breath, but there is a bit more to it than that. One breathing procedure that is very successful in raising your vibrational frequency is what I call the Breath of Three (also called According Breathing). Take in a deep, slow, even breath, hold it for the same amount of time and then let it out slowly for the same amount of time. Of course, the three parts do not have to be completely even, but it may help you to get the rhythm with a count of five for each segment. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

You may have used this method, deep breathing three times, to relieve anxiety, stress, nervousness or any other situation that has upset you. By using the Breath of Three during these times when your vibrational frequency is low, which it is during times of upset, you raise your vibration and instantly feel better.

Now, it’s time to use the Breath of Three even when you are feeling fine. The more you practice this form of breathing, the more you can keep your vibration up. In fact, after practicing often enough, you will find you start to breath in this manner unconsciously. I’ve made it a practice to do this first thing in the morning and I find that I feel better, calmer. I even have a better state of mind that says all is well, no matter what has to be handled on that day. The Breath of Three is a good start in raising your vibrational frequency.

As always, these are the things I know for sure, wonder about, or take to my dreams. Karen Yvonne Ellis
